Construction

It's only Tuesday at the BYU Marriott Center and I am already about to abandon ship! Just when the beautiful days of summer arrive, the flowers out front are fully blooming, the birds are chirping and I'm loving the heat - someone decides to start construction on/around/outside/thru or everywhere in the Marriott Center. The jackhammers are the most annoying and seemingly endless pounding. The tractors drive over all the flowers, dust flies, and smelly workers walk in and out of my office trailing white dust along the way. I've worked here for 11 years and I'm pretty sure I've had one or two without construction. My throat is full of dust, cough-cough! It's going to be a long, long, noisy summer!
